During 2024 and 2025, Olu played a central role in delivering ‘eTranslink’, a new Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) built on Microsoft 365. As Project Manager, he oversaw the planning, coordination and rollout of a complex programme that involved multiple business units, external contractors, and a phased migration of corporate records into SharePoint.
Olu’s approach was always pragmatic. He worked with the business to gather requirements, shape governance structures, and manage risks and dependencies through regular board meetings and stakeholder engagement.
His coordination with suppliers ensured that technical delivery aligned with business needs, and he kept momentum going by setting up structured workshops, training sessions, and communications.
While the project faced typical challenges—such as user adoption and departmental readiness—Olu maintained steady progress and helped embed the system across the organisation on time and on budget.
